captians side arm returns

i would like a mod that brings back the captians side arm but more improved in stead of a spread of 6 maybe a spread of 9 or 12 and instead of a damage of 45 i want each spread shot to be comparable to the alien blaster and of coarse to run on alien power cells maybe have to fight tougher aliens or more aliens with better weapons

well, the model for the normal alien pistol (the one from Mothership Zeta) is in the games' content, or so it seems to me in the GECK, so all you really have to do is make the weapon

 

if you could be really specific of what you want (in terms of stats and such), i think i will be able to make it for you

but i'm not going to start putting aliens in the game or such

just a simple plugin for you, nothing more

 

if you are interested in this, just write here exactly how you want the weapon to be, and i'll give it a try :)

well, from what i recall, the Captain Sidearm was an alien pistol (and it looked like an alien pistol, not like the alien blaster)

and i'm not going to retexture it (like i said, i am willing to do a quick file for you, but i'm not going to make this a project)

 

as for the stats, the reason i asked is that i don't really understand what you want

a spread of 6 or 9 or 12?? you do realize that accurate weapons have a spread of less than 1, right??

i think that with a spread of 6, you won't really hit anything........

 

the damage being like the alien blaster is easy, but what about the extra information??

what about magazine size, how many alien power cells per shot, strength and skill needed for use, things like that, all of these you didn't even mention

so like i said, you will need to be more specific, or i won't be able to help you

i meant the spread like the metal blaster and the captain side arm does look like the alien blaster look it up and u will understand

i never used that pistol, because i don't like energy weapons, and i don't really remember how it was

 

but if you know exactly what you want, why not just make it yourself??

it's not hard to work the GECK, and it could take you about 3 minutes to make this yourself
