Weapon freezing issue

[Hirman]

So I use a manual save and open it up to capabilities of controls go buggy.I try switching to another weapon and the animation freezes with arms down and I have no capability to use the weapon the pip-boy or the main menu. I tried turning some mods off and it doesn't seem to affect this bug any way. I tried buidable bots off, running perk off sprint mod off. I tried different orders. etc. see the load order and tell me what ya think..

If it's not a load order problem, then it could be a corrupted save. Try a new game and see if the problem persists. Worst comes to worse, uninstall everything and then reinstall FNV, and start by checking each mod one by one to see what is causing the problem this way you don't have to worry about it in the future.
