simplywayne90
It's completely different than Fallouts Style to have such things. However we do have anime and shojo, and I've got a resource you may like Final Fantasy 7 (FFVII) Materia Resource -- Modders Resource

TallgeeseIV
I have a Buster Sword and Masamune model that I made a while ago that could be updated and added to the game, i was already planning on adding the Buster Sword, I'll probably work on those after my current project. as for the gunblade, i was thinking about how to do it a few days ago actually. if someone can get me a good model and texture of it (i'm not in love with it enough to spend days modeling it myself), i have a neat way in mind to script it to be switchable between 1 hand pistol and 1 hand melee. TallgeeseIV
TallgeeseIV i hope you can get the gunblade and the buster sword working properly :)i shall be waiting :D Haha, i made the buster sword model at least 7 years ago, if not longer, but here's a few renders of it from back then. i actually made it to put into morrowind, lol. the poly limits back then were more strenuous then, then now, so i may need to do a lot to get it ready for a game like FNV. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v231/TallgeeseIIII/buster2.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v231/TallgeeseIIII/buster1.jpg

wraith444
i have a neat way in mind to script it to be switchable between 1 hand pistol and 1 hand melee. One thing you'll notice in the Gunblade (even in concept art, so you can't say it's a level of detail thing) is that it has no barrel. The general consensus among the community is that it uses blank cartridges to create vibrations in the blade to increase the severity of the wound (which is supported by the method of use in-game). Possibly you could create a script that sets off a gunshot sound on impact, increases damage caused and reduces ammo count by one? Then when you run out of ammo it can still be used as a conventional melee weapon for reduced damage (or as reduced as would be reasonable with a 3 foot long, 4 inch wide blade... Heavy!)? All I can say is you have my full emotional support no matter how you decide to proceed (sadly I'm useless when it comes to making models, textures, coding, etc).
