Fallout New Vegas Odd Crashing

Hi there everyone I have had New Vegas on my computer for quite sometime it is a legal steam copy. I have the requirements to max it out in my laptop but I seem to have an odd crashing problem. I am using FOMM and have recently added some new mods. I started a new file to try them out and it loaded fine I saved and that was that but now when I try loading up my save file auto save or not it will start for a second of loading then crash but I can start a new game not problem. I think ti may be my load order or something else.

 

My load order is....

FallutNV.esm 00

LingsDLC.esm NA

Lings.esm 01

More Skill Boos.esp NA

Perk Every LEvel 02

Unlimited Companions.esp 03

tag skills improved NA

Headgearfix.esp 04

Levelcap45 05

L38Aggresivefix.esp 06

Armorreplacerchildnpcfix.esp 07

I also have the type 3 body replacer and a skinny 6 mod added for it now could the skinny 6 and body replacer cause the problem? Or is it something else?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't want to blame the mod, but I had levelcap 100 on mine. When I disabled it my crashes seemed to change & weren't as devastating as before. I still have crashes, but they are for the most part, much easier to recover from. Most of my crashes before required me to reboot.
