Crashing while in the middle of dungeons

If I had to make a guess I'd say there's a corrupt or missing mesh that's appearing in dungeons that's causing you problems. I'd start a new save clean of mods, coc to a dungeon (ex coc BleakFallsBarrow02). If the crash persists, it may be a dungeon mesh, possibly located in \Meshes\dungeons\nordic, so I'd pull out the whole folder and try again. If it doesn't, then you know its one of your active mods.

If that's the case, just for testing purposes, I'd shut off any mods that change leveled lists of spawns in there. Namely Immersive Creatures, Immersive Weapons, maybe Hothtrooper's armor mods. If it works after that you know its one of those two. Reinstall whichever one it may be, or perhaps remove it altogether (probably just needs to be reinstalled.)

Still crashing? Go for mods that edit those cells. Its a longshot, but try disabling RLO. If it still persists (it probably will, I can't see RLO crashing your game,) I'd just go for the 50/50 method. Shut off half of your load order (aim for .esps that have a lot of patches, kill all of those,) go in game, see what happens. CTD? Try the other half of your load order. Hopefully by this point you'll be seeing some stability. Once you figure out the half that has the culprit, cut it in half again, go in game, rinse and repeat until you can consolidate and solve the problem.

Troubleshooting ain't easy maaaan. :)

Oh and as a sidenote, be aware of your limitations hardware-wise. You have some heavily scripted mods (wet and cold, footprints, EBT, Run for your Lives,) and while they're okay by themselves, those mods can add up to a lot of strain on your system. And if you're lacking in the GPU departments (1 GB VRAM or less,) those high res DLCs can kill ya.
