Radio DJ Volume Low

As the title states; All of the Radio DJ's volume levels are incredibly soft in comparison to the music for me. I like to have the music on low as a background ambiance as opposed to all up in your face. Most particularly because the music often interferes with conversations with NPCs.

 

However, whenever I turn the volume down for the radio, I can no longer hear the DJs. So that leaves me with an issue I've run into. I'm attempting to create a mod that boosts the gain for the mp3 files associated with the DJs for each station, and even some of the modded radio stations available on Nexus. However, I cannot seem to locate the particular files so that I can edit them. Does anyone know under which directory they are most likely located? Or, perhaps they are embedded and need to be extracted somehow?
