I'm trying to create a race for Predators, but it's not workin

I'm trying to make a race that uses the Predator models that TOXA01 uploaded to the Fallout 3 Nexus, and while most of it works as it should, I'm having a problem with the head. The "dreads" and the eyes won't show up, otherwise it should work normally. The meshes I'm using aren't seperate, they are the "PredatorMaleBody" and "PredatorMaleHead", so unlike normal races, I have no separate body parts to use for the various fields.

 

I'm also trying to find a good location to place the Predators, any ideas? Preferably someplace out of the way, and isolated, like the mountains, but not too close the Jacobstown. I need the location so it's easy to find and edit in the GECK.
