Modded New Vegas Crashing on Startup

Hi so recently I started getting crashes on my game start-up. I have tried many things to fix this including things like LOOT and Fallout New Vegas Edit to see if there is something wrong with my load order. I have also tried New Vegas Anti Crash which fixes the problem but when in-game my hud has disappeared and when I hover over an item it just shows a bunch of squares instead of the name of the item.
