Whether it now has any other slang meaning I don't know but the name originated with a character from my fantasy story and that from 'A Clockwork Orange' where it also meant 'boy'. It's close enough to Balmora to get there on foot, so you can save the Mark/Recall for somewhere else. Lots of rooms, plenty of storage, all around nice place. Be sure to clean it out though.
