Geck problem?

I edited 2 weapons and when i reopened my GECK it removed all but the gas trap dummy and fist weapons, Does anyone know why?

First time using geck?

on the top left, click file /data and then click the one you want to load..

Set the esp you made as active and then press ok.

I know that, I mean i made a esp with edited weapons and when i re opened the weapons menu and only fists and gas trap dummy

If you are only see those weapons, GECK not load any mods. make sure Fallout3.esm and your edited mod checked.

SO my problem is that I cannot edit weapon values - I want to work on a mod that'll strengthen all the weapons as I find I can walk through a barrage of small arms fire (specifically 10mm) and take down 4-5 people with that same weapon - I want to make the 10mm much stronger and more realistic.

 

When I find the 'weap10mmpistol' file in the GECK, I edit it - press the save button and close the GECK only to find that the values haven't changed in-game nor has the .esp appeared in the /data folder....

 

can anyone help me, please? I'm so frustrated...
