<REQ> toggleable night vision Binoculars

Hi guys,

 

I just played Fallout New Vegas and found something missing. There are some great mod that adds night vision to the game like Gophers Adv. Recon gear,

but there is no mod that adds toggle able night vision Binoculars.

 

Of course I could just add the binoculars to the night vision list in Gophers mod or create something similar, but that would give night vision no matter

if you are zoomed in with the binoculars (using them) or not. I want something like "When zoomed in press a button and get night vision. When zoomed out remove night vision.

 

So I could toggle night vision on and off, but only if I am actually using the binoculars.

 

If someone already did this please post the link to the (nexus)modpage. If someone could explain how to do this, I would do this myself.

PS: very important is the part wit to toggle able. It is not enough to just add night vision to the binoculars. :-D

You can do it with NVSE's hotkey function isKeyPressed. I doubt I'll have time to do it, but you (or a helpful modder) can look at either my Elite Riot Gear helmet fix or darklight cowl fix (no page up for this yet, just the raw file) which does the same thing. It makes for an easy guide for you project.

 

If no one helps you out in a few days or a week, post here and I'll try to put it together for you if I have some spare time.
