Have a look here: http://geizhals.at/ , there you can find shops in Germany. I've only visited Hamburg one time and that wasn't for shoping computer parts ;)

 

Saturn and Mediamarkt are Superstores for entertainment electronics with a pc department. Maybe they have some of the parts you want, but they sell all inclusive computers. In parts you can buy maybe soundcards and harddrives.

 

I know they have an Atelco Store, found this with Google:
