Mod Request: Companions use maintain weapons

I want ask that someone who know on mod's make that all NPC companions use maintain weapons

For example I add scope and silencer to same weapon. When I use that weapon I see that it is moninted on that weapon and it give bonus like zoom and extra silencer

 

Now when I give to Companion NPC it use basic option of that weapon. I don't see that she or him use scope or silencer

 

Is that possible to make mod what will change that
