More Energy Weapons in the beginning

i think that there is not enough energy weapons in the beginning.there is only a laser pistol in the docs house and it hard to play with Energy Weapons like this,

if anyone can make a mod that adds a trader or some more weapons to loot it will be very nice.

but i am not asking for a cheat so make it balance.
