The Idea, a Wolfwood/Pale Rider style preacher as a PC class for NV. You have come to bring his word and his mercy to the Mohava region. Dressed in black with a white collaralong with concealable weapons, more dialog options (you can try converting folks to your beliefs, marrying folks, saying words for the departed etc.) as Well as bonuses to speech, charisma, and to hit evil aligned folks (your also his sword remember)

This would go great with your quest idea with the adobe alamo-like church and padre!

 

It should be made, a post-apocolyptic preacher dealing out justice to the hethens of the Mojave.

exactly, I think I said as much in the OP, The idea was Wolfwood from Trigun or The Preacher from the "Pale Rider" eastwood movie, the kinda guy who brings justice in a biblical sense to the wasteland.

 

however some ideas I've had since then

 

Shield of Faith: While wearing wasteland armour the preacher has a DT of his or her karma devided by a to be determined amount (hey I've risen karma over 300 in the capitol wasteland before)

His Ritious Fury: the more even the target the harder you hit, Increases damage with all types based on the negative karma of the NPC.

I'd love to see a big metal cross in-game like wolfwoods, maybe someone can edit one out from the yangtze, and also edit your post you put "even" instead of "evil"

 

Anyways I think I remember a nun and catholic outfit from Fallout 3 nexus, have you tried looking at that?

 

Also their is a modders resource for the bible on Fallout 3 nexus as well. So those may help, try editing in links to them on your post in the quest mods thread and here as well.
