Morrowind Exclamation point issues.

I have recently installed morrowind with a few Mods. the problem is that some mods the game cant read so all of the objects from that mod just appear as giant blue exclamation marks with an orange diamond around them. I run on Windows Vista and i understand that a lot of people have this problem with Vista though im sure im just misplacing the mesh or texture files or something. here is the list of mods that dont work because of massive Exclamation point:

 

Windows Glow.esp

Leafy trees

Necessities of Morrowind

 

Any help would be appreciated.
