Out of Memory Issue

Sup, dont know whats wrong with my game or if its just the mods that are incompatible with each other (allthough i applied the compability patches if there were any) im also not using too many mods just kinda basics, not even many texture mods so my mods are:

EVE
CalibreX
Project Nevada
MTUI
Weapons Retexture Project
Weapon Mod Expansion
WeaponsMod Expanded
NCR rearmament
Caesars new regime
A World of Pain
and the new vegas bounty questmods

ive also run loot to sort my load order. any incompabilitys here? oh and i also have nvac ad the 4gb patch applied

i think ive fixed it myself.

just for the record: if you guys have a asus essence stx 2 soundcard or any soundcard with the GX feature: turn it off.

since i turned it off i dont run into that problem anymore
