multiple fortify skill in one spell?

Is there a mod that allows to create a spell with multiple fortify skills (e.g. fortify block 10 pts for 30 sec + fortify blunt 10 pts for 30 sec + fortify heavy armor 10 pts for 30 sec) at the spellmaking (not the enchanting) altar since in vanilla it is only possible to have one fortify skill per spell? I only found a mod that does this with the enchanting altar. search function did not deliver relevant results and I didn't felt like browsing 800+ pages of threads. If anyone knows of such a mod or could link me to a related thread (should one exist) I'd be much obliged.

it is possible, with TES4Edit you can just MAKE a spell with multiple fortify effects in it

Making a mod to make a custom spell like this would be very very easy in the CS if you know how to mod at all.

Unfortunately, the way that the enchanting station is set up is hardcoded and only lets you put one effect on an item. Hard-coded areas are areas that modders cannot really work with because they are part of the basic structure of the game, and written in another computer language that modding software can't even really see.

So it would be very easy to make mods with specific custom items and add them to the game, but it would be very hard to make a mod that would give you something like an enchanting station that could add multiple effects to one item.
