LE NPCs Equip Armour and Weapons When Entering Combat

I think it's silly that NPCs run into battle against dragons and vampires and whatnot with no armour or weapons. Especially when it would make sense for them to have them in their inventory. For example: Alvor the blacksmith. He forges iron and leather armours. It would make sense for him to equip iron weapons and armour.

 

TL;DR: I want a mod that makes NPCs equip weapons and armour that make sense for their character upon entering battle.
