GrizzlyUK
I seem to recall having seen a number of comments from people about problems entering the Tranquility Lane simulation when using a PipBoy replacement mod. Have you tried removing the mod to see if that fixes the problem? I'd also suggest that you delete all inactive .esm\.esp files, it will make your Load Order reports much easier for others to read! Calvan
I noticed you use Mart's mutant mod.Check your inventory. Makes sure you don't have an live iguanas in it.If you do, Drop them. Eat them. Sell Them. Just get them out of your inventory. I had the same problem not even a month ago. Edited December 18, 2010 by Calvan

CWmonkey
I second (third?) the iguanas, live iguanas from MMM cause CTDs whenever the game removes them from your inventory. (ie. tranquility lane and operation anchorage) If you have yet to do so get rid of all the live iguanas in your inventory.
