Fallout New Vegas - Pipboy Items Menu Bug

I am playing the Tale of Two Wastelands mod, and I have come across a strange bug, and I can't find anyone else having this problem on other forums.

 

So, on the Pipboy, I can access the Stats and the Data menus fine, but when I try to use the Items menu, nothing appears. I have no Pipboy replacer mods and the last time I played Fallout New Vegas, I didn't get this error, and I haven't installed any mods since then. Any help would be appreciated.
