ClayPidgeon162 Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 So I'm trying to create a companion mod and was looking through some of the scripts and dialogues for the game companions in GECK. I found some, as far as I know, unused dialogue for Veronica regarding someone named Abraham who apparently turned into a ghoul. I was wondering if anyone knows if this was part of some content that was cut out or even some base work for future DLC. It also has some dialogue talking about trapping someone in a subway tunnel, which is odd because I don't know of any subway lines near Vegas.
secksegai Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 (edited) The closest thing to a subway tunnel is the tunnel near Raul's shack that has ghouls in it leading to the Boomers. (just realized I was safe in spoiler section) Edited December 13, 2010 by secksegai

(just realized I was safe in spoiler section) I believe the PC was talking about trapping a ghoul in the tunnel, so I'm guessing it was talking about that. Probably more likely cut content than future DLC.
dthumb Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 From what I've read, scripts and other content were ripped out to be made into DLC's. Most of which are connected to companion scripts... Came from FNV Wikia.
webster63 Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 (edited) when she is your companion use the talk feature to talk about herself and that conversation will play out for you but the story feels incomplete like its only half the story without more too it so im guessing there was some idea of having a quest related to it but nothing came up Edited January 23, 2011 by webster63
TheTuna Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Was about to ask this myself, so I figured I'd post here and necro a bit instead of making an entirely new thread. I found these lines, too; the first 10 or 20 topics that pop up for her in the GECK reference someone called "Abraham" who appears to have some significance to her, an "accelerator", a simulator, and "Ghoul country". Anyone else seen these? Do you think they're just unused lines, or potentially some kind of DLC content recorded in advance? Whatever they're doing there, I'm curious.
Nihilisaurus Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 WARNING: Wild speculation engaged. The Reservation! Basically the Los Alamos Nuclear research facility, according to van buren it continued in use, and a large underground facility built near it. The chinese didn't know exactly where it was, but took potshots and managed to splash it with radiation, but not score any blast hits. Occupants become ghouls, more story development happens and it turns into a pro-ghoul militarised little corner of the wastes.http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Reservation
Neariox Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 There will be a new dlc about the burning man and courier 6. the have already been talking about the burning man and you find out in the sierra madre ( I have it on xbox so ive known this stuff for a month) about courier 6. He is supposed to be some one you fight with. There was elijah that vernoica talks about... he is located in the sierra madre, so i suppose that abraham ight be a new dlc or add on.

Your W.A.G. (Wild-Ass Guess) might be right!
