wasteland2 Request: Issue orders during pause

Hi guys

I would like to suggest a mod that makes it possible to issue orders while the game is paused, or in some other way issue orders to be executed "on my mark".

This would be helpful while preparing an attack. At the moment the enemy might turn around, spot you and initiate combat while you're still issuing orders for where you want your team to be and half your team is still clustered together.

Sure, they might still be spotted while moving but without a hide/sneak mechanic (which would be another possibility for a mod) it would be a bit unrealistic for a military team to run into battle one at a time.
