New marksman mod?

Hello,

 

As I'm keen on marksman class and sneaking attacks...I request a mod that take in account the body-part of an enemy where you hit an arrow at.

What I mean is that the effect won't be the same to hit the head than the arm of an enemy for sure (in the reality) and it should be interesting to make script using OBSE to add extra damage (more than the already used as of Deadlier sneaking or in additional with) depending where the hit occur.

 

Hope to be comprehensive as English is not my natural language (which is French's one) ;D

 

Hope that request is not already part of an existing mod and is hard to deal with as well.
