So I just reinstalled Oblivion and want to replay it with MODS. I have got the game installed, and all the addons I want installed downloaded as well, but no idea where to start (what to install first, ect)

Qarl's Texture Pack 3

Better Cities (Bananasplit's Better Cities)

Clocks of Cyrodil

The Lost Spires

If someone could make a quick load order for me that would be great, but mainly I want to know what to install FIRST. (OOO? Unofficial patch?)

Any help would be awesome.

For the load order you could use Better Oblivion Sorting Software - BOSS (link given)

There is a quick and easy to follow read-me on how to use it. The only thing I would recommend is that after you use it (It will sort the common mods very well) you should go to the bottom of your list. There should be any "uncommonly" used/not listed by BOSS mods here. Move them up on the list to similar mods in order to avoid any "loaded last" mod issues.

not exactly matching your mod list, but theres a general install order procedure for many of the mods youve got here which suggests first getting BOSS and OBMM, and installing all the unofficial patches. Also just cause its intended for steam installation is irrelevant: dont have the links atm, but that guides basically a duplicate of a dozen other versions with the same lists/install orders, so its obviously applicable to any copy of Oblivion, and whoever the original author of it was, wrote a great guide.
