LE Hotkeys

I seem too remember a mod that set hotkeys too switch spells on and off . So instead of your hotkey making your spell go too both hands it would say equip Flames too your left hand and pressing it again would unequip the spell. Anyone know this mod?

I solve that by hotkeying a torch (for left hand spells) or a dagger, and when I want to unequip the spell, I quickly equip and unequip the torch or dagger. Not the most elegant solution, but even with my struggling system, there's no real script delay noticeable.
