Nothing showing at all

[NS22149]

So...today I start up Oblivion after going all over, looking for new mods for it, hoping to start a new character. First attempt, it crashes before even loading. For my second attempt, I unchecked the bottom part of my mod list and it worked this time. The normal bethesda soft screen didn't show up, it just skipped straight to loading the menu, which I thought was odd. Even more odd was the fact that there was no music. My apprehension growing, I tried starting a new character...and to the right of the box with all of the options was...nothing; my future character wasn't there. Apprehension growing even more, I put in a rubbish name for the fellow and...well, the result is what you see in the screenshot. I checked the map too and it was completely bare; no indication I was anywhere. I also used the 'tfc' console command, moved forward a bit, looked around some(still seeing nothing), then typed 'tfc' into the console again, figuring this might at least let me look around, since it had happened before and doing so had fixed it. Nope, nada. Does anyone know what's going on?

 

Edit: I think I found the .esp causing the crashes, that one being SPTDiverseGuards-Combined-AllRaces.esp

It was working before with a different game though, so I have no idea why it caused this one to crash.

EDIT...AGAIN: ...Apparently, I deleted the Shaders, Music, and Video folders. This...is probably what caused all my troubles.
