Deadra: Storm Atronachs - They look like proper golems from generic fantasy XD and they fragment on death. I still have to try out a damage health spell so they just fall instead of get blown away by a fireball =P

 

Mythic: Troll - Simply because they're more realistic than other trolls. And they have loads of eyes!

 

Undead: Skelies - for the same reason as others, they fall to bits =D (though I don't like shooting them with arrows, you can never find them again.)
