Cant Enchant (option is gone.)

i dont know how to do spoiler tags here so if it can be edited instead of my topic being closed or deleted , it'd be appreciated.

 

but inshort, everytime i try to enchant something, after selecting Item, Enchantment and soul gem it acts like im missing something and doesnt give me the option to "Press X/Enter to Craft/Enchant"

the version of Skyrim i have is uptodate ("Legendary Edition" on steam and you can verify i'm no pirate by looking at my game list.) though Ironicly i know It's a mod conflicting as before i installed some recently i never had this issue. before all i had was,

 

Devourment

CBBE

XP32 Maximum Skeleton

"Powers of the Dragoon"

Divine Punishment

Innora Follower

SkyUI

Instant Merchant

(and teh Unoffical Patches to Skyrim and the expansions)

 

none of those caused the bug. and yes it's persisting across Saves (aka i start a new game and soon as i can get to Whiterun for the nearest Enchanter, disenchant something then try to enchant. PFFT, same issue. ) i really dont want to go as far YET as redoing Skyrim and reinstalling my mods, as i never made a Steam Backup of a fresh copy to save time restoring from (just glad for a few years now comcast stoped thier bandwith cap ~! @_@)
