cut off npc hand but still a alive mod???

is there any mod that we cut off npc hand or leg but they will still a live until their HP empty???it will be awesome(^_^)! and another mod i wanna have is. when we shoot npc their wound will remain forever.??? does anyone has it??? (sorry for my bad English and Thank for your reading)

I see what you mean, and it does sound cool... but that's sorta what crippled is for. If you blew off someone's leg or arm, the animations would be all weird. S

I can see how hand could be done fairly easily. Leg, not so much.

There was such a mod in F3 but for ghouls.. You'd kill them but they could come back to life and re attack. Supported limbs being blown off if i remember correctly. Stormfront Studio .. i think was the name

I read a similar request a few days back, the response was that someone has done it, but it results in the dismembered extremity floating wierdly a few feet away from the victim. Apparently the lost limb can't be removed because of how the whole body animation thing works and therefore looks pretty farked...
