How to load up mods in the mod list after reinstall?

I got a little delete-happy trying to make NMM work, and deleted the mod folder in c:\games. However, all of my mods still show up in the Plugin list next to the mods tab, and the game still has them functioning. So, they are still there - but my mods list in NMM is blank. How do I add them to the list to I can install/uninstall them at leisure? I'm searching through all the options but I don't see how to add them back to the list when they already exist.
