D3D11.dll File Error Skryim

So here is the problem. The other day my game wasn't working so I had to go through, uninstall all my mods and isolate the problem. I did so and got it working but I did have to reinstall Realvision ENB. Later on that day I installed Seasons of Skyrim ENB as well, it didn't do much, but the game was fine.

Next day, on 4/12 the game was as well fine. Sooner or later I signed off and didn't play for a couple days because of tests. So here it is, Wednesday, and I go to play Skyrim. Then all hell broke lose...

I open SKSE and launch it and then I get an error that says

"The procedure entry point Createdxgifactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library. c:\\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d11.dll

I tried shutting down and restarting. Once that failed I restored to 4/12 date, which did work only for one play through. I played Skyrim, signed off, came back, and the error came again. I tried running a system scan from administrator command prompt, which failed to fix the problem. I have also deleted Sweetfx, and still the d@mned error.

I'm at a loss on what to do and very few other threads seem to be helping. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions?

Anyone that can help with this? I have no Windows updates and system restore doesn't work. I haven't found a single thread that fixes my issue. I do NOT have Sweetfx

Edit: After trying to start Skyrim the game shutdown and wouldn't work. Now things are flashing on my computer. What I mean by this is that Chrome tabs get brighter and dimmer suddenly and only for split seconds. It's happened for whatever program is up. This error is really effing with my computer

Hiya,

I've heard a lot about this (and experienced it too) from what I gather it is likely caused by a new NVIDIA driver conflicting with Skyrim and especially sweetFX. If you don't have an nvidia card, it might be related to windows 10 and directx12, you could roll back to a previous version of your drivers and see whether it fixes the problem. Other then that, I think the only fix for now would to uninstall realvision, remove the SweetFX folder, or try a different ENB. If all the ENBs are still causing issues but you are like me and require shiny lights, try using Imaginator, it's a colour tweak mod, nothing fancy, therefore, does not add any sweetFX, it just makes it look slightly ENB-ish.

I deleted the dxgi.dll and dxgi.fx and the error stopped popping up, also had to this for The Witcher 3.

Seems these files come with SweetFX, whether deleting these keep SweetFX from working isn't something I can say.
