Freezing, but not crashing, without cursor at start screen.

Put a fresh install of Fallout 3 on my PC today, and loaded up some of my favorite mods, along with Fallout Wanderer's Edition which I've never tried before.

 

After installing all the mods, I ran masterupdate and came up with this final loading order.

 

So I run the game through FOMM and for some reason I have no cursor in the opening screens. It doesn't crash, but instead stays at the main screen indefinitely, with music playing. I have to ctrl+alt+del to get to task manager and then the game finally gives a crash notice. I've never seen Fallout crash like this (but have in pretty much every other way!).

 

Any ideas? I uninstalled and reinstalled Darn UI alpha 11 multiple times. Still getting the same thing each time.

 

EDIT: I disabled FWE in FOMM and everything works fine. I'm going to uninstall it and reinstall. If that doesn't work, do you see any issues with my mod order that could be causing this?
