jamescetran Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 I am new to this forum so I hope I am doing this correctly. I have two problems that have popped up recently while playing Fallout New Vegas with about 80 mods working. First is that several weapons that I pick up now have the words "strip cloth" in front of then, obviously changing the sort order. I don't know what caused this so I started deleting recent mods. That didn't help or I didn't hit the right one. The second is that the dialog with several companions and NPC's changed, especially Willow. Now she only says, when I go to talk to her, "Hey." Also several vendors that I have used for quite awhile just say the same thing, "Hey" and give me no option to sell or buy anything. Most notably, the female at the 188 trading post and Reed at Gibson's. Most vendors are just fine but not these. Anyone have any idea what is going on or solutions? Thank you. jamescetran Posted July 29, 2015 Author Share Posted July 29, 2015 I solved one of the problems; the scripting problem. It turns out that a mod called "Embassy Entrance and Upgrade" by buffalojoe 4444 was causing the scripting problems. I did like the mod but I uninstalled it and the vendors are back to selling and buying from me and my companions and other NPC's don't start off with just "Hey" anymore. Now if I could figure out what mod is causing the "Strip Cloth" weapons issues I'd be all set. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
