Reinstalled Skyrim, CTD when loading old saves

I usually use NMM. I just ran MO and looked at the missing esp files. Here is a list:

 

FlansEyesForSkrim.esp

SDO Full-LOD - Waterfall Effects.esp

SkyFalls + SkyMills.esp

StaticMeshImprovementMod-DragonbornTernFix.esp

StaticMeshImprovementMod-FurnitureChestSnowFix.esp

StaticMeshImprovementMod.esp

x117set2.esp

 

Now if I understand correctly, I should be able to load the saves once I install these mods. But I don't think any one of these will break the game when I uninstall them. Plus, I have installed a new version of skyfalls + skymills and SMIM when I reinstalled skyrim. I guess the newer versions don't come with those esp files anymore?
