Where can I find "starting spells" for conjuration, alteration

I have LAME and SM in the same load order, and I wanted to do some minor tweaking to which spells I receive when I choose conjuration, or some other magic school.

 

Is it part of a script that runs when you choose a school? I'm trying to switch things around so I can have SM dominating but retain the starting school spells of LAME, and I'm having issues finding where they are determined.
