thomasok04
Every time when I try to continue my skyrim game the loading screen goes for ever and then my pc says skyrim is not responding. I don't think that it is a hardware problem my specs are: i7 processor, 256 gigabyte ssd, a 1 terabyte hard drive and nvida something or other. I've tried uninstalling my mods , restarting my pc and disabling skse and also tried to use loot and tes5edi. PlS HALP!

bben46
Before going through a full uninstall and reinstall try this. It works for many problems with the game and only takes a few minutes. Validate Game cache Open Steam - Right click the game in your Steam librarySelect Properties from the drop down menu.In the properties window, click the Local Files tab. Then click the Verify Integrity of Game Cache button. Steam will check your installation for any missing or corrupted files and replace them if needed. This will not do anything to your mods.
