game crashes at Newgame and load

I'll give you as many Kudos as the site will let me, it fixed the problem perfectly. and sense I normally turn the music on mute so I can hear what's going on in the game this doesn't effect my playing at all :)

 

 

This has been solved, I don't know what mods do with issues that are fixed, but I don't need this up anymore it could be useful to someone who has the same problem I did though but IDK *goes off to finally Play Oblivion*
