Monk mods

Are their any decent monk mods out there. OK let me elaborate since their are different types of monks from the shaolin monks to monastery monks, to the fantasy mystic monks who use spiritual/magical energies in games and shows to fight. The later is actually more what I am looking for in a monk or mystic style character I wont to make (not necessary a mage I have made enough themed mages, nor a swordsmen.) I am asking if there are any decent mods out there because monks seem to get a lot of ire in the game wit little done besides a few combat modifiers and animation changes to make them look better.

I guess you could use some spells from Midas Magic, there are a few that could be considered "holy" spells. Armamentarium adds some great weapons to the leveled lists with great variety while still fitting into vanilla oblivion (check out the pictures, those staff blades look fantastic). :D

This has made me quite curious on finding different things for a monk type character! I may even knock together a small monastery if I ever get the time.

I was actually thinking more hand to hand with a combination of strikes touch spells, restoration spells, and a little mysticism spells. Also to note I'm not running vanilla (i don't think I have ever ran vanilla oblivion longer than one day lol. As far a midas magic goes, I am already running with it.. even though I rarely use. (something about majority of those spells just don't peak my interest.) The maker is a great visual affects artist but the stuff don't click for me.

 

I am actually trying to get UV to work now since it has hand to hand throws in kicks in it though, but even with all the mods I have running something tell me touch spells may be the only way to kill.
