Keep getting that annoying couldnt inject dll error

I have Oblivion GOTY (Borrowed from a library)

 

My os is windows 7 (64bit) ultimate,And im using wrye bash along with obse to manage my mods and load the game.

 

So far ive only been able to solve this bug by reinstalling the game,BUT im so freaking tired of doing so cause it keeps coming back every damn time.

 

Oblivion.exe,Oblivion launcher,Obse and Wrye bash is all set to run as administrator in the compabillity settings.

 

First i thought it had something to do with that im using xpadder with uac turned off (or else oblivion wont recognise my controller at all), Then ive tried to run it without xpadder and uac turned on but still same message "Couldnt inject dll"

 

Strange thing is : if i use Oblivion.exe it wont boot up at all,If i use the launcher it just gives me a prompt that tells me it couldnt inject dll,If i use the Wrye bash application (Run Oblivion launcher+Obse) it also gives me a prompt with same message BUT!!! If i do it a second time IT BOOTS???? Problem now is that i have 2 instances of Oblivion running/ But it makes my cpu going nuts, Yes i can run the game and use my laptops air vents as an hairdryer if i feel like it :laugh:

 

Oh damn!!! Just noticed that it seems like Oblivions registry settings is somehow missing as well now so now everything in the launcher is greyed out as well WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ????.
