Change level based spell/alch,ect to random chance.

Basically instead of looking at a overly simple hard level limit as a pass fail mechanism for spells and alchemy you pass it via random chance.

 

 

Something like this for Fury or the first raise dead spell.

 

10% chance at level 999 to apply enchantment0

80% chance at level 0-10 to apply enchantment1

60% chance at level 10-25 to apply enchantment2

50% chance at level 25-40 to apply enchantment3

30% chance at level 40-100 to apply enchantment4

 

 

I've tried doing all this in fury but the results do not seem to work right, I think I was overloading it with conditionals plus you have extra stuff in some spells like master perks and for frenzy stuff secondary confidence boosters. So running an enchantment seems like the correct idea but scripting has changed so much I can't do it right now without doing more research. I'm working on it but its slow going since I can not find many scripts to use as an example since I cut and paste code and all.
