Mod Request: Holdable Power Attacks

I would like to request a mod which allows:

 

**The player to start a power attack

**Move while said power attack is ready to launch

**Jump while said power attack is ready to launch(if acrobatics allows it)

**Drains the players fatigue as he holds the attack back

 

 

Basically it would make combat more like that of Dark Messiah.
