urbex
I didn't know that they made graphic cards for more than $300, except for maybe high-powered applications, such as polygonal modeling. Why would you think that? Crazy setups can reach $700 alone in sli/crossfire'd cards.
DeathWarrior
I decided on an EVGA GTX 460 768MB card, I'll post here again once I get the card and try it out.

DeathWarrior
I probably would have, though my actual graphics card budget was lower than I first posted. But I feel satisfied so far, as it is said by many others to be a decent card and it blows both of the ones I was currently using out of the water. Maybe this will finally get me to switch to Windows 7 64 bit later, I have a quad-core processor and 4GB of RAM and only about 2.8GB of it is being used. X3n0n2
Hmm, you could have gotten a GTX 470? The price for this card is about 250 - 350 $, and it's stronger than the GTX 460. Well, the GTX 460 isn't a bad card anyway. Good gaming ;) Edited January 4, 2011 by X3n0n2
DeathWarrior
Got my card today, runs great! The games I tested so far: Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, and WoW are all on ultra high quality and lag-free.
