123ply
I just found a Fallout 3 mod that changes the super mutants to orks. Just imagine how great it would be fighting a waagh ;) in New Vegas. It would be much appreciated if someone were to just change the skins of Super Mutants into various Orks My Idea is to change these mutant types into the ork it fits with most SM = BoyBrute = 'Eavy armoured boyMaster = Nobs This is just a guideline. The whole point of an ork conversion mod isnt just so you can be fighting Orks, its also to make you feel more like youre in a diverse, and dangerous world. Warhammer 40k is not like some RTS game, where every like troop looks identical. Make sure their armour and weapons mix a lot.Orks could possibly be armed with: Boy = shootas or choppas & sluggas'Eavy armoured boy = (same as above?)Nobs = those ork poll axes, choppas & sluggas, power klaws... and more as for armour, not all brutes have to be 'eavy armoured orks. Some boys can have shoulder pads and helmets, while some have nothing. Maybe the boy has looted armour from a traveler and is wearing heavy metal armour. Nobs should have lots of pieces and bits taken from foes they defeated in battle. Mega armoured nobs are a must, we need enemies so cumbersome and lumbering that they can carry more than their own weight. the ork race should also be unique in their own way, they should fight with eachother (perhaps there are different clans around?) and have a brutal lust for combat. A must have for orks is strength. Orks shouldnt have to tangle with fiends, real orks would just effectivley swarm any enemy they find. Another suggestion is to increase the amount of orks (as there are a barely tolerable number of muties in the game.) Another cool thing wouldd be to make the orks "Waaghh" when there are many of them around :P But these are just ideas. If you need inspiration, just check out this mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11772 And just for compatability issues, I recommend you dont tweak the health of the orks, unless you find it appropriate. Thank You. :D :D Sorry I cant help at all with this mod, since the only thing I know how to do with GECK is get the baseid for objects and npcs Edited December 21, 2010 by 123ply
