Anyone know the G.E.C.K. item code?

I have been playing fallout, and used the coc testQAItems (or whatever it is) and then I accidentally picked up the GECK anyone know the code so I can remove it? player.removeitem 000****?

first of all, no need to spam post here

it's going to take more than 7 minutes to get answers (at least some times)

 

second, removing the item won't remove the quest

by picking it up, you started the events of the quest after vault 87, and removing the item won't undo it

so if you don't have a save before picking it up, i'm not sure you can really undo this

 

sorry, but i really don't think you can undo all of this

 

but if you didn't have any saves before this, than you probably didn't get too far, so starting a new game might not be so bad........ (just trying to think positive here)

I never picked it up from the quest, I picked it up from testQAitems it ruined the quest and I can't do anything with the quest, the quest froze.

i read what you said

the fact is, by picking it up, you ruined the events of the quest

the one thing that you might be able to do, is set the quest stage to before picking it up, then getting the GECK again as part of the quest

not sure if that is possible, but it might be worth a try

 

you can find the information on the quest here, as well as the quest ID

but you will have to search for the stages of the quest, as they aren't mentioned in this page (at least not that i saw)

maybe you can use the SetStage to solve your mess, but i don't know if it will work

you will have to test it and find out

 

next time, keep at least one more save, as a back-up
