Skyrim Mod Problems

Ive been using the Nexus mod manager to download and install various mods in Skyrim. However certain mods have not appeared in game. Mods such as SkyUI, Quality World Map and Immersive HUD had all worked in game however mods such as 2K texture packs, Real water two and the Ruffled feather do not appear in game. I have installed them through the NMM as with the other mods, and they appear in both my plugin list and the Data files list. Although strangely aspects of the Ruffled feather do appear in game, such as the "Smoking Hot Main Menu" mod, but the texture mods, such as Water, better dynamic snow and moss rocks do not. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
