Povuholo Posted December 24, 2010 Share Posted December 24, 2010 (edited) A province is way too big for a DLC, and the Black Marsh is certainly not going to be in the vanilla game along with Skyrim. So SI was 25% the size of Cyrodiil and as of Solshteim was 25% of Vardenfell. I can see them making Vvardenfell or half of High Rock for an expansion pack.
