weapons always appear in inventory

Hey, i downloaded some weaponry and armory from this site. every time i delete them, they always reappear in my inventory slot. this causes problems b/c my inventory is always full now. is there a way to fix this?

Uninstall the mod. Sorry, it's the only way.

Or, you could just start up a new character, and they will probably never show up again... at all. :mad:

 

Ok, no... seriously. What mod is it? (Link preferred please).

Some of the mods use an additem script that doesnt have a check in it, to see if the item has already been added. Thats why it keeps coming back.

If you post the mod that you're having probs with, maybe one of us could whip up a console command script that would let you add the items to your inventory only when you want to add them.

 

In the meantime, you may wanna try the Face Replacer. One of the functions for it, is to modify a savegame to have a larger inventory. Tho I don't recommend getting TOO carried away with it, because the larger your inventory, the longer your save takes to load. And DONT go past 999 or you could bug your game beyond repair.

Now, there is a bug with the latest patches. Like I mentioned earlier, it only affects characters made AFTER your first character. So what you want to do is go thru and Disable/Uncheck ALL mods that add to inventory BEFORE starting the new character, or else they WILL NOT SHOW UP on the new toon.

After you play them til you can save game, then exit, and recheck/re-enable the mods and they will show up as they are scripted to.
