Ok.

i have fomm and i have some working mods, but usually when i DOWNLOAD a mod from the nexus site, ill go to package manager and add a mod, but when i try to activate it, it says exactly

"A problem occured during install;

Access to the path C:/ Docs and settings/Admin/Local Settings/Application Data/Fallout 3/plugins.txt is denied.

the mod was not installed."

Please help?

i think you need to be the admin on your computer, in order to do this

but if i remember correctly, if you have Vista, you shouldn't install the game in the default location, as it does have problems (some related to admin permission and such)

so if you have installed your game to the default location, uninstall it, and install it again to another folder (not inside the program files)

not 100% sure that this will solve the problem, but it might
