Log on to your PC in the bedroom and mail order the supplies and deduct the caps. A robot NPC enters your Good Springs Hideout and delivers your order. It's like one of the Kings who gifts you with items at random for being a good guy. Walks up and hands you things. With this idea, your ordering them... why not even let all of the vendors around New Vegas have an entry and go shopping online?
